I have been working at our company for 20 years. I started my career at working as a clerk, later I was a forwarder, office manager, deputy director, and now I am the International General Cargo Director. Already in the 1990s, the firm was an attractive company dealing with international forwarding, with numerous dealings with foreign countries – and it has remained thus to this day. GEODIS is a large, stable company, dynamically developing, with good financial standing and large potential. You can learn a lot and develop your skills in this company.

I stared working at our company in 2001. Why was the form attractive for me then? First of all, employment stability, which allowed me to develop my interests and abilities, a good brand and its market position. A recommendation by a friend who worked at our company also influenced my decision. He told me of the good atmosphere at the company. GEODIS is a company which offers development opportunities.

I am a good example of this because I started with a production job and rose to a managerial position.

I started my work at the company in 2010, right after graduation, so this is my first job, where I am acquiring knowledge and experience. I am an example of the fact that the firm offers great development opportunities – I started my career as a Specialist in the Sales Support Department, which over time evolved into a Marketing Department, where I worked as a Marketing Specialist.
After almost two years, I was offered a chance to co-create the Sales Support Department, which I now have the pleasure to manage. Throughout the entire time I had the opportunity not only to observe the dynamic development of our organization, but thanks to the fact that the company is open to the ideas of its employees, I have the opportunity to initiate my ideas and put them into practice.
